After battling to a draw in their first meeting this past July, Jermell Charlo and Brian Castano are set to rematch on Saturday night. Just as with their first meeting, the bout is a four-belt unification at junior middleweight. The action goes down live on Showtime with the three-fight main card kicking off at 9 pm ET.
Charlo will bring his WBA, WBC and IBF championships to the ring at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California while Castano will put his WBO title on the line.
The first meeting between the pair was one of the better fights of 2021, going the full 12 rounds before judges scored the fight 117-111 Charlo, 114-113 Castano and 114-114 even. Now both men will look to make a clear statement as to their dominance in their second meeting.
